20mm To 16mm Router Sled Coupling Plates
Merge your Full-Size sled assembly (20mm upper parts) with your Trim router sled rails (16mm lower parts) with these router sled Coupling Plates and hardware. These are only for the Wood Grain Junkie Sled Kits we offer since the spacing between the 20mm rods is a specific dimension.
Attach your SK20 Support Brackets to these 3/8 inch thick acrylic plates. Then, attach them to your SBR16UU Bearings that ride on your SBR16 Rails. We realize many of you would like to use your full-size router sled, which requires 20mm rods and parts, but would like to use 16mm rails that sit on your workbench. These Coupling Plates allow for you to merge those two sets of parts that are normally not compatible. These plates also come with 16 pan head screws to attach the plates to your SBR16UU Bearings.
