Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and mounting hardware are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
